For my intervention, I decided to try doing some stretches before going to bed for one week. I always felt that I had difficulty sleeping since I could never feel relaxed in bed, so I decided to see what loosening my muscles up before hitting the hay would do. I felt the effects of this immediately, as I tossed and turned in my sheets far less frequently, and I felt refreshed in bed. For once I actually fell asleep in less than 2 hours before going to bed. Even though I decided to do this for my intervention, I will probably continue doing it from here on out.
